Product Description:
Melamine foam is a low-density, high open area, flexible foam.
Excellent flame resistance, sound absorption and insulation, widely
used to improve sound quality, noise control, thermal insulation
requirements of the construction, industrial, transportation,
aerospace, electronics, home appliances, electronics, apparel
fabric , household cleaning products and other fields.
Features:
High flame resistance. Can be achieved without flame retardant
Germany DIN4102B1 level. American UL-96V-0 grade high flame
retardant standards. After contact with open flame in the
combustion of surface layers and thus form a compact block of coke
combustion, no drip, no toxic gas release, smoke density less than
15, from the fire self-extinguishing.
Super absorbing capacity. The opening rate of up to 95% of sound
waves can make convenient and effective access to the deep, and
foams into a grid of shock can be consumed and absorbed, and
effectively eliminate the reflective wave.
Good insulation resistance: the opening rate of 95% or more,
three-dimensional grid structure so that air convection is
effectively blocked.
Heat resistance: suitable for long-term work in the C -165C to 180C
operating conditions, -165C to 400C without decomposition and
deformation phenomena.
Low bulk density: product output in 4-12km/m3, is the lightest
foam.
Non-toxic health security: its stable chemical structure and
crosslinking system has a unique chemical stability to fully meet
the country on the interior decoration, daily necessities and
transport the green fields of noise reduction safety standards.
